How do you pronounce the word PiLLOOHS? And where does it come from?
It's pronounced pil-lüs. PiLLOOHS derived from the combination of Pillows and the "HOO" from Hooters. This is how you get "Pillows with an ooh!" And of course it was created by a guy. Who else could think of something like this =P
Do you have any of your Pilloohs product line in any retail stores?
At this time we only sell our products online via the Internet exclusively at www.pilloohs.com. However, we will sometimes put them in local stores for promotional purposes.
How long will it take to ship out your product?
We usually ship out 1-2 business days after your order has been successfully processed.
Do you allow exchanges, returns or refunds?
